As everybody knows that Shaljam (Turnips) is a very tasty & beneficial for health vegetable. Today we try making Shaljam ka Saag Recipe. Very much tasty & delicious recipe. It really has a great taste when cooked in pure Desi Ghee. So, lets start!
INGREDIENTS:
- Cooking Oil
- Coriander Powder
- Red Chilli Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Onions 03 (fine cutted)
- Green Chillies
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Shaljam (Turnip) 01 Kg
PREPARATION:
- Add 02 litres of water in a utensil for boiling & add salt & turnips in it. Cook for 30 minutes.
- Then remove water from turnips and grind the turnips well with a big spoon.
- Add cooking oil in another utensil.
- Add onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, 02 glass water, corriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt in cooking oil one by one and fry well.
- Mix the grinded turnips in it. When it mixed well, fry for 15 minutes.
- & Tasty Shaljam Ka Saag (Turnip Greens) is ready
- Serve hot with Roti or Naan & have a great meal.
