INGREDIENTS:
- Gajar/Carrots (chopped)
- Matar/Peas
- Green Chilies
- Onions (chopped)
- Aloo/potatoes
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chili Powder
- Salt
- Cooking Oil
PREPARATION:
- Heat up the cooking oil.
- Add Aloo, Gajar, matar, onions and green chilis in it.
- Add turmeric powder.
- Add salt in it.
- Add red chili powder in it and fry well.
- Add some water.
- Cover the utensil for 10 minutes on light flame.
- Very easy and delicious Aloo Gajar Matar Sabzi Recipe is ready.
- Serve hot with Roti or Naan with Salad and Raita.
