Aloo Gajar Matar Sabzi Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • Gajar/Carrots (chopped)
  • Matar/Peas
  • Green Chilies
  • Onions (chopped)
  • Aloo/potatoes
  • Turmeric Powder 
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Salt
  • Cooking Oil

PREPARATION:

  • Heat up the cooking oil.
  • Add Aloo, Gajar, matar, onions and green chilis in it.
  • Add turmeric powder.
  • Add salt in it.
  • Add red chili powder in it and fry well.
  • Add some water.
  • Cover the utensil for 10 minutes on light flame.
  • Very easy and delicious Aloo Gajar Matar Sabzi Recipe is ready.
  • Serve hot with Roti or Naan with Salad and Raita.
