Pakore Recipe (Potato Fritters Recipe)

Aloo Pakora Recipe or potato fritters is a very crunchy, crispy, tasty & delicious in taste. It is made in the Holy month of Ramazan in Muslim culture on daily basis as well as people wants it in winters or in rains at any cost. Very common in Asian food specially Pakistan & India. So, lets cook!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Cooking Oil
  • Coriander (fine cutted)
  • Green Chillies (fine cutted)
  • Potatoes (fine cutted)
  • Onions 03 (fine cutted)
  • Gram Flour Half Kg
  • Salt
  • Coriander Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Turmeric Powder
PREPERATION:
  • Add onions, potatoes, green chillies, coriander, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, water as desired & gram flour in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Pour cooking oil & heat it up. Now fry pakore on medium flame.
  • If you have karahi or a large utensil, then put 7-8 pakoras for frying.
  • Change the side of Pakoras after 2-3 minutes.
  • Don't stop stirring.
  • When they become brown in texture, the pakore are ready.
  • Serve Pakore with Ketchup, Sauce or Chatni & enjoy your living.
